OVERVIEW

The National Commando HTS is a highway terrain, all season tire made for light trucks and SUVs. This model also has some touring, passenger sizes available. National offers 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

Excellent all weather traction is promoted with this tread design and all season compound. These elements work together to improve dry, wet, and winter weather traction. The asymmetric tread design firmly grips the road surface with the use of extra biting edges, which maintains consistent road contact. On the other hand, the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in summer and winter temperatures, which guarantees the tire’s safe performance throughout the year. At the same time, wide circumferential grooves protect the tire against hydroplaning. These grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint, promoting safe wet weather traction.

The tread design offers great controllability. The asymmetric tread design keeps consistent road contact and enhances steering responsiveness and driving stability.
