OVERVIEW

The Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. Bridgestone offers an 80,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire promotes high driving comfort levels. It was designed with Bridgestones QuietTrack technology which provides a detailed computer-optimized tread pattern to lower the road and tread pattern noise heard in the vehicles cabin. The tread features in-groove quiet tracks, optimized shoulder slots and a variable pitch sequence that work together to decrease the road noise generated during the drive. They dampen and cancel the road and tread pattern noise out before they can ruin the passengers driving enjoyment. On the other hand, the models steel belt reinforced polyester casing keeps its optimal shape under the driving pressure, while the ComfortCruise Technologys computer designed rounder footprint keep the tires contact with the road surface. This enables the tires close road contact, which allows it to absorb the shock of driving. This ensures that the road vibrations are not felt while the tires are in motion. As a result, the model guarantees a quiet and comfortable driving experience.

The detailed asymmetric tread pattern and the all season tire compound improve the all weather traction. The asymmetric tread pattern was designed with a high number of zigzag sipes on the tread blocks and the EdgePerformance Technologys interlocking grooves pattern. This allows the tire to offer additional biting edges that firmly grip the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather, especially when driving on ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. The all season compound keeps the tires traction in various conditions, from the heat of summer to colder winter conditions and it optimizes the tires rubber flexibility all year. The circumferential grooves and ideal shoulder slots of the rounded footprint manage to prevent hydroplaning. They increase the models water and slush dispersing capability and guarantee a secure year round performance.

The models ideal footprint and asymmetric tread pattern improve the controllability and performance. The rounder road contact patch maintains the tires road contact at all times during the tires performance. This significantly improves the steering responsiveness and its driving stability. This results in a faster and more precise steering responsiveness to the drivers instructions, while it secures the structural stability against the driving pressure. The shoulder tread block placement with the siping detail improves the tires grip on the road surface during cornering.
