OVERVIEW

The Atlas Tire Paraller A/T is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Atlas Tire offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.

The tire offers great all terrain traction by utilizing the aggressive tread design. The staggered blocks, the wide grooves, the open shoulder pattern and the microgroove pattern work together to increase the tire’s grip on soft, loose and uneven terrain surfaces, while also promoting a secure on-road drive. They provide additional biting edges to grip the road surface while the tires are in motion on various terrain surface conditions. This prevents the tire from losing traction in deep mud or on soft dirt. The tread elements also keep the footprint clean from mud and snow. This maintains the tire’s surface contact at all times, further improving the off-road driving safety levels.

The model also enhances its year round performance. The detailed tread pattern and the durable all season compound to enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. This combination increases the model’s versatile weather performing capability. The compound maintains its rubber flexibility and optimizes the pressure distribution in different temperatures, while the detailed microgroove pattern boosts the grip on the road and terrain surface. The ideal groove placement prevents hydroplaning during the tire’s on-road performance. The grooves channel water and slush from the footprint, keeping the surface contact and boosting the wet weather traction.
