The Firestone Firehawk PV41 is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.
The tire promotes excellent all weather traction and road gripping ability with the special asymmetric tread pattern and the high grip tire compound. The asymmetric tread design features V-shaped tread blocks and an open slotted shoulder design. They work together to promote excellent dry, wet and winter weather traction. The circumferential grooves, the open slotted shoulder design and the inner tread area’s smaller tread elements offer great water and slush dispersing ability and they actively prevent hydroplaning in deeper water. These enhancements ensure a more secure year round driving experience.
The model is capable of remarkable high speed performance. The V-shaped tread blocks and the internal structure’s reinforced spirally wrapped nylon cord on top of the steel belts enhance the road contact by maintaining the optimal tire shape. The tire does not deform under the high speed driving pressure, which guarantees its exceptional performing capability. The tread design’s larger outer tread elements allow great controllability in all weather. The maintained road contact improves the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, which make the tire safer and easier to control.
