Description
Sumitomo HTR Enhance WX2 is a premium performance all-season touring tire made for sedans, coupes, and family vehicles that seeking a sporty appearance, predictable handling and all-season traction. Increased sipes and cross-designed grooves on the shoulder blocks boost grip in snowy conditions, while the blocks themselves improve handling stability and the lateral grooves reduce road noise. Optimized contact patch distributes road surface pressure evenly to provide extended tire life. The tire’s cross-designed chamfer boosts traction and grip for better winter and wet-surface performance. Bending sipe technology on the central rib of the tire creates rigidity in center block to maintain stability, while providing crisp highway response and driving characteristics. Four circumferential grooves provide HTR Enhance WX2 an in increased hydroplaning resistance by channeling the water and slush away from the tire’s tread. Internal construction of this Sumitomo tire enhanced with full nylon cap ply for high-speed stability and high-rigidity steel belts for durability and overall car stability.
